Very poor, after receiving a quote for works to be done and being told there would be a wait of 3-4 weeks for the work to be done which was urgent work so we could continue with other works , we waited the time and then on the day he confirmed he would attend it was a no show, waited in all day and no show, tried calling no answer, and called 3x since left messages and texts and still no reply. Now we have to start all over again and we have waited best part of a month in delays all for nothing. If had changed his mind and didnt want to do the job he should have at least let us know or return a call, its not helpful being messed around when trying to get jobs done.
I just used Paige Plumbing to install a complete central heating system, he was prompt every day, friendly and professional, and started and finished on the days he stated he would, I had no leaks , and am very pleased with the installation, I am about to move house and will be getting him back to swap the boiler over for me, and would not hesitate to use again.
Very professional tradesmen. Did a full heating and boiler refit. Also bathroom work. Highly recommended.
